If you are on a dial up connection, these brief informative tapes are available to
you by telephone 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Just call (714)
966-6630. When you hear my voice come on, key in the number of the tape you
want to hear on your telephone key pad. Be sure to key in the complete
two-digit number of the tape. (For example, if you want to hear tape #01,
key in "zero one." To hear tape #02, key in "zero two"
etc.)
There is no charge to listen to the tapes. If you

Location: Five minutes north of 405 freeway from Harbor Blvd. exit.
Directions: (1) Traveling north on the 405
freeway exit at Harbor Blvd. northbound (right) about 5 minutes to Warner Ave. Turn
left on Warner Ave. The office is in the first block on your left.
(2) Traveling south on the 405 freeway, exit at the Warner Ave.
eastbound ramp and drive about 5 minutes east. The office is two blocks east of Fountain
Valley Regional Hospital. It is located between Newhope and Harbor Blvd. on the right hand
side of the street.

Location: Office is on the northwest
corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Anaheim St. (Anaheim St. is also marked as
Los Altos Plaza). It is between
Lakewood Blvd and Bellflower Blvd. on Pacific Coast Highway. There is a
“Cambrian” sign on the top of the building.
Directions:
(1)From
the 405 traveling northbound, the 22 traveling westbound or 605 traveling
southbound:
Exit on 7th Street in Long Beach
traveling west. At the intersection with PCH turn right onto PCH westbound. Turn
right at the second traffic light, where street signs for both Anaheim St and Los
Altos Plaza are visible.
(2) From
the 405 traveling southbound:
Exit on Lakewood Blvd
southbound to Pacific Coast Highway. Travel east on PCH less than one mile. Turn
left at Anaheim St. (also marked as Los Altos Plaza).

From
PCH eastbound
from downtown Long Beach, after the traffic circle, cross Clark Street, then turn left at Anaheim St/Los Altos Plaza St. You will see the 5199 building on
your left. There is a
“Cambrian” sign on the top of the building.
Parking:
You may park on the street or you may enter a parking structure from the
PCH service road along side the building at the large 5199 sign. (From
Anaheim/Los Altos Plaza turn left on the service road and take the first right
to enter the parking structure.) From the parking structure walk back down to
the rear lobby entrance, which will be on your left.
If you park on the street, use the main entrance, marked “Lobby 5199 Pacific
Coast Highway” on Anaheim/Los Altos Plaza.
Suite
Location:Take
the elevator to the third floor. Turn right out of the elevator and turn right
again immediately. Proceed straight down the hall to Suite 304 N, which will be
on your right.
